Experience
15 years occupational experience training students in Mapping/GIS systems/and CAD Drafting programs. Intensive writing experience, inclusive of fiction/non-fiction/research and technical papers. Global Studies, Communications, History, Civics and Creative Writing has been the emphasis of my education - and can teach any student to clearly and creatively research and write on ANY subject. I have mentored students of all ages, and sought to make the learning experience about more than passing a test, or getting a grade. The point is to make the Social Sciences and writing fun and exciting! Providing a student with the tools that help them connect to their world, and instill a desire within them to get out there and learn as much as they can is my first priority - success as a student in any subject is the by-product of making learning enjoyable to a student.
